As of 16 April, 431 registered refugees from Yemen have reached Djibouti shores out of which 408 are Yemenis nationals, smaller numbers of Somalis, Eritreans, Syrians and Palestinians.
In collaboration with the government, the UN Country Team has established the planning figures of 9 200 persons in need of assistance as a result of the conflict in Yemen in the next three months, among whom 5 000 refugees. The Contingency Plan figure for the next six months is 30 000 persons.
