France - Floods update

- ECHO Daily flash of 22/10/2018

  • After the floods that affected southern France last week, particularly the Aude department, pumping operations and population support still continue on all affected areas
  • The situation has improved. All rivers have recovered their normal level and rescue teams are gradually disengaged
  • According to national authorities, as of 22 October, the death toll reached 14 and 76 people were reported injured
